This is for your 4 weeks starter dose of 2.5mg- a vial containing 10mg already mixed up and 4 needled syringes, also instructions on how to draw up and get the correct dosage.

You inject 2.5mg every week on the same day and after 4 weeks you move up onto the next dose of 5mg
